Partnership Opportunities
Explore Transplant conducts dialysis provider trainings across the country and assists in the dissemination of our educational materials to healthcare providers in the ESRD community. Explore Transplant establishes partnerships to host Dialysis Provider Trainings in different regions, to fund and disseminate education to benefit dialysis patients, and to educate dialysis patients about transplant directly.

- Increase referrals to transplant centers.
- Initiate discussion within families about the possibility of living donation.
- Increase the number of dialysis patients receiving deceased or living donor transplants
- Help prolong and improve the quality of more dialysis patients’ lives.
