Meeting Four: Deciding What to Do
The fourth and final meeting helps patients develop an action plan that is right for them. This meeting assesses the patient’s interest in living donation and whether the patient wishes to pursue transplant, allows the patient to brainstorm about living donation, recaps transplant related themes and helps the patient create a transplant action plan.
